Trained manpower is the key to success in today's competitive market. With the advent of the new and modern technology, availability of skilled manpower has become important. We at SBIL believe in training program for the operators which help in continuous progress of the unit. Training helps us to identify weak area of the participants so that we can organize the various programs of the training. In short, we can identify the training needs of the employees through the training activities.


  • Induction training organized by Human resource department to the new entrants in first week of joining. Production process based training conducted on half yearly basis.
  • Training sessions are organized for soft & technical skills from time to time during the calendar year as per the needs of the organization.
  • This is followed by Training evaluation to ascertain the development of the skills in the employees.
SBIL strictly believes that training is a continuous process to move with the changing time.
